The fenced garden offers privacy and tranquillity. A gas barbecue and a 12-seat table under the gazebo make outdoor lunches and dinners easy to enjoy with family and friends. A double sun lounger, deckchairs and tables create comfortable spaces for slower moments in the Umbrian air.

The private outdoor swimming pool is reserved exclusively for Villa Patty guests. The surrounding deck includes sun loungers and relaxation areas, with the calisthenics park nearby for guests who want to stay active. It is a welcoming space for families, couples and groups throughout the warmer season.

Covered and heated outdoor pool option at 28 °C.

From October 2026, the outdoor pool can also be enjoyed during the cooler months with a dedicated cover and heated water at 28 °C. This premium optional service is reserved exclusively for Villa Patty guests and is available upon request.
