How does seasonal booking work?
Villa Patty uses two booking channels depending on your dates. From 16 October to 14 April, reservations are handled through our direct InReception system. From 15 April to 15 October, summer stays are managed through our Beach Villas partner with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Select your check-in and check-out dates above and we will route you to the correct booking page.
What if my stay crosses both booking seasons?
If your dates span both the winter and summer booking periods, please contact us directly. Our team will help you arrange the stay and guide you through the best way to complete your reservation.
Can I ask about the private SPA before booking?
Yes. You can contact the team before confirming to ask about Jacuzzi, sauna, wellness moments and private SPA services for your stay. The SPA Jacuzzi is always heated to 35 °C.
Is Villa Patty suitable for families?
Yes. The villa offers indoor and outdoor spaces suited to families, including pool, garden and comfortable shared areas for relaxed private stays.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. Villa Patty includes a private outdoor pool area with panoramic views and garden spaces. From October 2026, the outdoor pool will be covered and heated to 28 °C, making it usable throughout the winter as well.
Can I request experiences during my stay?
Yes. Guests can ask about selected Umbria experiences such as wine tasting, truffle hunting, e-bike tours and special villa moments.
How do I use the discount code?
For winter direct bookings through InReception, choose your dates and click the discount code option. Enter PATTY10 when available to apply the direct-booking benefit.
Can I contact someone before completing the booking?
